If you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data from active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups may take up to 90 days to be fully overwritten. We may retain limited records for longer where required by law, dispute resolution, tax, audit, or fraud prevention.
You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at info@khaity.pk using your registered phone number and account details. We may verify your identity before processing the request for security purposes.
After successful verification, your deletion request is processed within 30 days (with backup deletion cycle up to 90 days as stated above).
