App Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continued functionality and performance of our existing Android application.
  • Implement updates, bug fixes, and improvements based on user feedback and technological advancements.

AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software developers to understand user needs and design AI-powered features for our agricultural apps.
  • Develop machine learning models, algorithms, and AI solutions to enhance various aspects of agricultural services, such as crop monitoring, pest detection, yield prediction, and resource optimization.
  • Participate in designing and conducting experiments to validate and improve AI model performance, making necessary adjustments based on real-world data.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess, clean, and transform agricultural data into formats suitable for AI model training and deployment.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and agriculture technology, advocating for the adoption of new techniques and tools when relevant.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the reliability and robustness of AI features.

Head of Agriculture Operations

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for agricultural projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the bidding process for agricultural projects, including assessing project requirements, preparing bid documents, evaluating proposals, and selecting suitable vendors or contractors.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency plans. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, farmers, suppliers, and research institutions, to facilitate smooth project implementation and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety guidelines throughout project execution.

Internal Auditor

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, risk management processes, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial and operational data, including the identification of potential errors, irregularities, or discrepancies.
  • Assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and recommend corrective actions to address identified deficiencies.
  • Develop and execute risk-based audit plans, including the identification of key audit areas, scope, objectives, and methodologies.
  • Perform detailed testing and analysis of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant financial documents.
  • Document audit findings, prepare clear and concise reports, and present recommendations to management for process improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with management and department heads to identify and implement best practices, internal controls, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, providing guidance on HR  policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
